Direct correlation, how far it is true?

I still remember in finance class ... lecturer says, "Higher the risk, bring the higher return"
However, in the actual world does this reflect the same mythology?

Sometimes...
while people are going to low return event doesn't mean there is low risk. In fact they are loosing,
eg: the bank fix deposit seems to be low risk, however the interest can not over come the inflation
and it is equal to the lost of value. It become a total no value tools...

In actual life, there are how many similar examples around us?

• While there are jobs around, but it did not seems to be a future...
• While there is a opportunity, but it doesn't seems to be a chance. It might be a trap
• While you a going for good, it doesn't seems to bring a good return???

When I am moving into a direction, it seems to be a dead end... somehow, could it be a opportunity?

... After all, people says, "at least you are doing something"

"Life is just like a box of chocolate you will never know what you going to have"

关于梦想与现实的问题

10年前，你想过自己现在要过的是怎样的生活么?是否有规划过10年之后的生活会是怎样的?恐怕都只是有一个大概的规划，而如今，你实现了吗?

　　IT领袖峰会深圳召开，在互动环节中，主持人对三位嘉宾提出了关于梦想与现实的问题。作为国内三大电商代表：马云、李彦宏、马化腾分别说出了自己对于梦想与现实的理解。

　　李彦宏先生对于这个问题的回答是“事业梦想大于生活梦想”。在10年前，李彦宏只是想将百度这个品牌做起来，更多的是专注在品牌的推广上，而公司开始一点点走上正规，更多的责任需要抗起来，作为创始人，在公司上市的企业，承担起了CEO的职位，并在其位努力将公司往更加优秀的方向考虑发展。到如今，当百度成为国内互联网代表，李彦宏仍然觉得，在奢望平淡悠闲生活的同时，目前工作的现实仍然需要自己在位，而对于梦想的理解则是找到一个能胜任其工作的接班人后，再去享受生活。这也就是我们常常说到的“责任”。

　　马云先生对于梦想的理解，实际上在马云多次的演讲中也都曾提到，马云本人对于年轻人的鼓励，也是依从“梦想”而出发的。当然，对于众人赞叹他的成就，他谦虚的将其归结于“感恩”“敬畏”之心。而对于曾经忽略沿路的风景，马云也自觉得并不后悔，人生总是有选择，而梦想则是坚持的动力。

　　马化腾对于梦想的说法则更加官方的说法了，马化腾觉得，他的梦想就是让大家能通过资讯提高自己的生活品质。对于企业员工来说，“参与感就是最大的幸福”。随着新媒体的不断成长，如今的腾讯确实存在着越来越多的压力，话虽官方，但也是算是坚持了当初的梦想，也曾度过一段相对黑暗迷茫的日子。

　　而你的梦想又在哪里，现实的残酷总是让人手无足措，你还记得你曾经的梦想吗?是否还在徘徊而或者忘记了曾经的追求?

　　如今的国内电子商务配套服务跟不上发展速度，更是让未来的市场规划不可预测，涌现的大大小小电商企业，谁也不知道谁会被下一波经济浪潮拍死在沙滩上。

　　所有电商初期的梦想都是五光十色的，而面对现实的残酷，我们又该保持如何的坚持和努力呢?也许，这值得我们所有人思考，并不是盲目的扩张地盘导致最后收拾残局。

The Quiet Night ...

Today feeling kind of abnormal and sense of uneasy.

It has been months of "market down turn" situation which I did feeling it some time.

Why? In contrary news is telling me that:
1. There is a grow of GDP in the Malaysia market.
2. Share pricing has been upholding for pass 1 year, or more.
3. Properties market has raised.
4. Reported grow in salary for several profession. (Which I had my pay rise too)
5. More jobs created
6. Increasing price of natural resources, which I am proud that my country has majority share of it.
Palm oil, Rubber, Petroleum, Tins Mine ...etc.

and I found that:
1. There are more premium car on the road, or at least new cars are moving around me.
which I am riding my first-hand aged national car. :(
2. There are more development and project for both gov and private sectors.
Malls, commercials blocks, high-end resident, new gov offices...
3. More cafe instead of "coffee shop"
4. Advance electrical products and premium in price.

In summary, there are plenty of positive signs and changes around me those seems like moving towards a better living and blooming market. Why am I still feeling sense of down side?

As a sales personnel, I approaches buyer and business owner most of the time, story and feed back telling me there has been a several months down in sales or slow moving market. Maybe there is an excuse of rejection?

Today, I went to my regular area for dinner and supper. It is a hot spot that most people are busy looking for car park, famous shop should have crowded with people. However, the "party" doesn't seems on for my visit at this hot spot.

 Is it the news is telling me right, or my feeling is right?           [ I am shocked ]
